Letting
Rental rates are extremely reasonable; vary depending on location, type of property, standard of furnishings and length of tenancy.
In most cases properties are rented furnished, however, we do have a good selection of unfurnished properties.
In the case of long lets (6 months and over), water, electricity and TV rentals are the liability of the tenant and are charged separately.
Rent is normally paid monthly in advance. There are no expenses related to renting except for the Agency fee which is equivalent to one months rent, which is shared equally between landlord and tenant. A refundable deposit equivalent between one month and three months rent is normally lodged with the landlord to cover any breakages and outstanding bills at the end of the lease.
